The Resource that we are searching for will be the point of reference for HR matters for our head office in Brazil. He/she will be part of the AB HR Team and will be responsible for supporting the business area, assigned in all people management processes, in line with the Group’s guidelines, the strategic direction and the values of the company, making the best use of its human resources, supporting them and overseeing the development of strategic competencies, as well as promoting a working atmosphere aimed at collaboration and full participation.
the HR BP will be engaged and required to take action in relation the following issues:
supporting Managers in relation to management policies concerning employees in their business area.
supporting Managers in coordination with the organizational department, in order to choose the best organization for their unit, as well as the General Manager in implementing the best organizational configuration of their specific structure.
Development and training:
overseeing and collecting training needs in accordance with business requirements and, in collaboration with the Talent Management team, ensuring that individual development plans and growth paths are defined based on the specific business needs;
ensuring support to Managers in the definition and assignment of annual objectives;
in coordination with the Talent Management team, overseeing and ensuring the management of the implementation phases of performance management evaluations.
in coordination with the Talent Acquisition team, overseeing the recruitment and selection process during the definition of the business need, in its operational phases concerning the presentation of the final shortlist of candidates to the hiring managers, during the definition of remuneration packages, in creating the employment offers and in the negotiations of the same.
overseeing the overall salary review process and guaranteeing an internal pay balance, in compliance with local regulations on the matter.
Team managed: the team currently includes 1 resource
– Previous experience of at least 8 to 12 years acquired in well-established industrial companies;
– University degree in humanities, economics or labor law;
– Candidates with a Master’s Degree in HR Management will be preferred.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:
– General business sense
– Ability to manage typical HR complexities, from evaluation to skills development, recruitment/selection and training, as well as providing support through change management activities
– Capacity to manage change management dynamics

Portuguese: native speaker
